How Epic Cosmetics uses Primera printers to create custom labels

As technology changes the way many companies market products and brand themselves, it has also changed which products are in demand and what consumers may look for at first glance. Regardless of these changes, one thing that has withstood the test of time is the benefits of using eye-catching, high-quality labels to sell a product, which can be created with a Primera printer.

One example of this comes from Epic Cosmetics, which partnered with OptiMedia labs for printing technology that has helped them create custom labels for their products.

Epic Cosmetics sells lotions that are created to “benefit oily skin types, rosacea, adult acne, cystic acne, eczema and other forms of dermatitis,” according to its website. In addition, the products are all designed to help users reduce signs of aging and are created without using any preservatives.

The company uses OptiMedia’s high-quality, Silver Polyester labels that create custom labels. These images are simple, clean and compliment the product rather than conflicting with it. The Silver Polyester labels have a lustrous sheen which allows the product to pop off the shelves and attract customers.

While major cosmetics companies such as L’Oreal are being investigated by the Food and Drug Administration for false claims on their labels, Epic Cosmetics’ sharp and simple labels allow the product to speak for itself while still remaining pleasing to the eye.

Furthermore, as this blog has reported extensively on the state of labeling in the food and beverage industry, cosmetics and health supplements – as well as any product – can benefit just as greatly from using custom labels as Epic Cosmetics has. In order to obtain the same high-quality labels, businesses should invest in a Primera LX900 color label printer.
